Skillman Avenue House RemodelThis was another property where we completely remodeled the house top to bottom. We breathed new life into an 80 year old house that was sinking into the earth and had ceilings that were falling in. All the ceilings, walls, floors, windows were completely redone. We vaulted the kitchen ceiling for a dramatic look and painted the house top to bottom.The house had 1 bathroom which was moved and 1 1/2 were added.
In the livingroom we raised the celing back to the standard 9' 4" height, redid all the old plaster, restored the hardwood floors, and painted the room. We also installed can lights and refaced the fireplace.
The old kitchen was a complete wreck. We completely demo'd it and vaulted the ceiling and then installed old cabinets and concrete countertops.
