This house is located in Hollywood Heights area of Dallas. We converted a small 5x7 laundry room into a bathroom with a shower and stackable washer and dryer. If you have a small space to work with then I would consider this one of the best uses of space for a bathroom. The owner picked out a stylish cool blue and nice white matte tiles for the floor and shower. She finished it out with a hip Ikea sink, Ikea light and a Kohler toilet. The room looks bigger than it really is.
