Takagi tankless water heaters are the pioneer of instant tankless water heaters. The T-K2 doesn't store hot water. It generates hot water on demand, saving time, money and space. The thermal efficiency of the Takagi Flash T-K2 water heater is over 85% using natural gas and 86% on propane gas with low Nox emission to meet AQMD (Air Quality Management District) regulation. This is far superior to the conventional water heater efficiency. Because the Takagi T-K2 is more efficient, it uses less fuel and is therefore more cost efficient to operate and environmentally friendly. We just installed one of Takagi TK2's and think it is great. We have a double shower in our house and the TK2 has no problem delivering the water we need. We can now take showers as long as we like and there is no rush to beat the end of the hot water supply.
| If any parts except the heat exchanger fail within (24) months after the original installation following instructions provided in the installation manual and with normal residential operation, Takagi Industrial Co. USA, Inc. will furnish replacement parts. Labor is not covered under warranty. |

| If the heat exchanger fails within seven (7) years after the original installation following instructions provided in the installation manual and with normal residential operation, Takagi Industrial Co. USA, Inc. will furnish a replacement heat exchanger, excluding field labor. However, If the water heater is installed in other than a single family dwellingwith/without other applications and/or attached parts, and in a single-family dwelling with other applications and/or attached parts, the heat exchanger warranty is limited to two (2) years from date of original installation and operation. |
